Just steps from the main house, the private guest suite above the detached garage offers a fully self-contained living space designed for extended stays. The suite includes:

• Bathroom with shower stall (no tub)
• Kitchenette-style counter with sink, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker

This was our first trip to Lake George and we went with our two young sons and both sets of grandparents. This house was great for us as my family stayed in the cottage house and the grandparents stayed in the main house. This is a very quiet part of the lake but still close to the village. The hosts were very easy to deal with and responsive. I highly recommend this rental.

First time at this Sweet cabin on the lake that did not disappoint. It came with all the amenities you can need for your stay, including a generator that did come in handy as we lost power for a few hours during a storm. We enjoyed arriving to made beds and having access to ample shower towels. The extra cottage space gave our young adult children their own space while still allowing us our family time together. The owners were timely with their communications and answered all our questions prior to arrival and touched base during stay as they felt they needed to.

This property was the perfect amount of space for our family of 6. Our two older boys stayed in the apartment above the garage and loved having their own space. The main house master has fantastic views of the lake and morning sunrises. There is a family room and a sun room - the younger kids (ages 7 & 10) took over the sunroom for their relaxation time and games.
We spent sunsets on the dock in the Adirondack chairs after dinner listening to music and having a drink. The fire pit was also a big hit for roasting hotdogs for a late night snack and also making s’mores of course.
The house was very nicely decorated & furnished and kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of seating inside and outside the house.
The kayaks and canoe were a big hit from sunrise to sunset. Fishing from the docks was also a hit with the younger kids. House had small rods for them to use. Plenty life jackets and outdoor accessories available for use.
Hosts were easy to reach and very helpful. We hope to be back again in the future!
