Welcome to your home in Vegas! This is a pool home centrally located, perfect for families in between homes, healthcare or business workers in temporary assignments, or any small group of people who need a fully furnished stylish home in the heart of Spring Valley for medium or long term rentals of more than 30 days.
Picture this: cook breakfast in a fully stocked kitchen, hang out in the living or family room with smart TV's, then drive a short distance to Chinatown or work, cool off in the pool, then go for a night at The Strip

Quiet and safe family neighborhood with lots of shopping/food plazas around.
Although the neighbors aren't SUPER strict, please still be respectful of noise level after 9PM and observe QUIET hours after 10PM
I highly recommend getting a rental car for your stay! The house is in an amazing central location where you are within a 5-minute drive to a great number of restaurants and activities
General House Rules and Extra Fees:
Must sign lease agreement upon booking.
🅿️ PARKING/PARKING GARAGE:
Feel free to park in the driveway or along the street. There is plenty of parking space! Our garage is also available but we do not have a remote available.
🚪 ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you the morning of check-in. The code is changed after every guest.
🏡 AMENITIES:
The house is fully equipped for your stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer, as well as linen, towels, and some start-up toiletries--just bring your toothbrush!
🌊POOL
**Pool hours are 7:00am-9:00pm.
**Children must be supervised at all times near the pool.
**Please use the pool net to catch any stray leaves. Pool is serviced every Monday but if you would like additional service during your stay (perhaps after a very windy da, we can arrange that for an additional fee.
**All pump controls are remote, please refrain from touching pool controls.
♨️ PREMIUM PROPANE GRILL:
**We provide grill and cleaning tools. Plan on refilling the propane tank before using it, and bring heavy duty aluminum wrap, and a roasting pan (optional).
**Please clean the grill grates using the metal brush (it's easier while they're still hot), and dispose of any leftover ashes.
🦴 PETS:
Small pets allowed with pet fee.

Outside dinner table set for relaxing in the shade in the hot summer days under an adjustable umbrella!
✨PLEASE remember no glass by the deck of the pool and pick up after your dinner reunions✨

Downstairs: Queen bedroom with door directly leading to full bathroom with grab bars and shower chair great for older adults.
Upstairs: Bunk bedroom with Twin/Full bed and desk perfect for young guests, Queen bedroom with modern design, and King bedroom with L-shaped desk and en suite bathroom. Bunk and queen bedrooms share a full bathroom.
👨🍳 KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.
🧯 SECURITY:
Ring security doorbell located at the front of the house.
📢 NOISE:
Per county laws (9.14.010 'Public disturbance noise'), quiet hours are in effect from 10PM - 7AM. We love our neighbors and some of them work early hours.
🚭 SMOKING:
The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarette, or other products that produce a smoke or vapor is allowed only in the outside areas.

House was clean and functional. Kitchen well stocked with essentials. Checkin was very easy, hosts communicated very well.

So easy to check in and out. Even though we didn't use the pool it was well maintained. Liked the 2 sitting areas to watch TV, so young adults in one room and the other folks in the other room. Damage deposit returned quickly. Host was available to answer any questions and would definitely stay there again.
