The ground floor is composed of a cosy living room with wifi and TV, a bright dining room, open to the south on the Bois de Tanchet for a very pleasant view, a fully equipped and open kitchen, stylized by a very practical island, and a garage to safely store bikes, surfboards or paddle boards and other leisure equipment. There is also a 1st independent toilet.
On the first floor, the two spacious bedrooms each offer 2 beds (140x200) and room for a baby bed. The independent bathroom has a large shower and a washbasin and is equipped with a towel dryer. A second independent toilet is available.
An enclosed courtyard and the garden with trees allow you to enjoy the outside and the calm of the area.

## Surroundings
The area is perfect for a relaxing stay, as it is very quiet, or dynamic one, as it is close to several leisure and sports activities.
Near the beach of Tanchet, wich is a surf spot (lessons and rental), this house is also close to the casino des Pins, close to restaurants, beach bars and shopping in the Presidents area. You can walk to the embankment in a few minutes to enjoy its shops and restaurants, as well as La Grande Plage.
From Les Sables d'Olonne you can reach the two nearest golf courses in 10/15 minutes.
In Port Olonna: Jetski, boat trips, sea fishing

Train to Les Sables d'Olonne or car via the A83.
Nantes or La Rochelle airports are 1 hour away.
