Charming bayside Mantoloking Home

Our cute 4-bedroom family-friendly beach house sits bayside on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Normandy Beach section of Mantoloking, NJ. Great sunset views with a boat slip and dock, the house is just a half mile (walk, bike, or drive) to the ocean. The house can sleep up to 13 people, so everyone can sleep comfortably after a long day in the sun. One of the bedrooms also doubles as a kids' playroom. Our backyard is a great place to crab or fish, or even to dock your boat if you have one! The beach association has a playground which is perfect for babies and kids, tennis and basketball courts, and is just a short walk or scooter ride away. We are close to both Point Pleasant Beach & Seaside Park Boardwalks which has fun activities for the whole family! Eight (8) Normandy Beach badges are available for use during your stay and Four (4) Tennis Badges, available upon request, can be used at the Normandy Beach Association courts.

The house is everything you want for an amazing shore vacation. It features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on two floors of living space with water views from almost every window! The second floor features the bedrooms and 2 full baths. All bedrooms provide ample closet space, black out shades, Ceiling Fans, TV with Roku, and Alexa. The 2 full bathrooms feature a Tub/Shower combo and bath towels. The Linen Closet provides extra linens and pillows if needed. Bedroom #1 features a secretary dresser that pulls out to a desk for a WFH situation (but we think you should put your Out of Office up!). Bedroom #4 doubles as a kids playroom/game room/sitting room. Mattresses and Linens are from BearMattress.com - our family business! So we promise you will have cool, comfortable, and clean night's sleep!

The first floor has amazing views of the water. On this floor you have a gorgeous fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, and laundry closet, a big comfortable living room with TV and a kids craft table and a bar with an ice machine, and a small 1/2 bath. There is a big closet and entryway at the front which features a little porch and 2 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee outside. Off of the back of the house is a fenced-in deck that can be locked for child safety. The deck has two dining tables that can seat up to 12 people for outdoor dining on the water. Off the deck stairs is a patio with a fire pit and sitting area to enjoy a cocktail and the sunset every night. There is also an outdoor shower for an easy rinse after the beach or a long day in the sun. The garage has a second beverage fridge, beach cruisers with kid attachments, beach toys and chairs, and other fun water activities, such as a Kayak. Our dock and boat slip is available upon request if you wish to bring your boat for the stay!

Fresh bed linens will be provided upon check-in. Bath and Beach Towels are also included.
