▸Enjoy this comfortable condo located in the Maravilla condominiums on the west end of the seawall in the seaside town of Galveston Island, TX.
▸Dogs are accepted but must be approved and $150 pet fee paid during the reservation process and registered a the complex upon arrival. Agressive breeds are not allow at this property.
▸Relax on the leather couch which also can be converted to a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The living room also has a wall-mounted tv for your enjoyment on your days in.
▸Cook your catch of the day in our kitchen with full size stainless appliances. We provide cooking supplies dishes, glasses, & utensils.
▸Going out? This location is so close the many wonderful restaurants Galveston has to offer. A private bedroom offers a comfortable king size mattress for a refreshing night's sleep and twin bunks are located in the hallway for guests of all ages.
▸This shower is WOW! Newly installed tile shower with quartz vanity puts in the lap of luxury. The unit has several USB ports for easy charging of your technology.

▸ There is an ice machine conventionally located in the 1st floor atrium in the middle of the complex.

1. Construction Notice: ***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front.
2. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
3. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers

The building it self it old but the unit has been updated aand is very nice. The property was very nice and clean. The kids really enjoyed the 3 pools. We will stay here again if we come back.

No surprises about the condo. Management was great. Pool is great. Property is dated but as described and shown. Elevators were a major issue.

It had everything we needed for a family of 5 with small children. The guide provided with local tips was super helpful. It helped us find a beach with free parking and bathrooms that wasn’t crowded. The pools were warm and clean. Nothing was overcrowded. The only downside was the elevators were unreliable. Not a fault of the condo owner but hopefully fixed before our next stay. We expect to be back!

Hidden gem just outside the busy side of the city. The unit had everything we needed and it was quiet for the entire stay.
