Find renowned restaurants and quaint, local shopping along main street, just two blocks away. This five bedroom home features a cascading floor plan with a kitchen centered around a large granite island, an artfully designed glass dining table, and a living room warmed by a sleek, urban fireplace. Step outside onto the charming front balcony along main street for a little chit-chat with passersby, or onto the back spacious deck off of the kitchen, plus a lower patio complete with a hot tub to experience each space to the fullest surrounding the home.

The five bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across multiple levels, with three king beds, a bunk room near the downstairs lounge, and an additional sleeper sofa room. The media room downstairs offers a wet bar, make for an inviting space for relaxing gatherings with all needs considered - snacks, drinks, and more to allude comfort.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- This home requires final homeowner approval to confirm any reservation.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
