The Space:

A private waterfront home set in a quiet neighborhood, offering year-round water views, direct lake access, and multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxing and spending time together. Guests can enjoy the deck for dining and lounging, a beach-level firepit by the water, and a gas grill for easy outdoor meals.



The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests with two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Inside, the layout is clean, bright, and well equipped, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.



Well suited for guests seeking a true waterfront setting with private outdoor space, lake access, and a calm, residential environment.



Located minutes from Long Island’s famous vineyards, wineries, and farm stands. The house is perfectly located close to all east Long Island has to offer. Great nearby restaurants and shopping.



Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.



If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.



IMPORTANT NOTE:

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

- For stays of 21 days or more, utility expenses, including electricity and gas/oil charges, will be calculated based on the actual duration of the guest's stay upon receipt of the utility bills from the Owner.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.

This property and the owner were wonderful!! The pictures of the house and the surrounding area do not do it justice. There were beautiful geese and swans on the lake and it was quiet and peaceful. We had 5 adults in our party and one teenager and never felt cramped or crowded together. We will definitely be back!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a nice location, my only advice to others is to be aware of the tricky steps in the third bedroom, in order to use the bathroom you must go down steps and myself and husband almost fell twice, also to get to the basement you must go through a third bedroom. Also the steps in the kitchen were annoying. There are no bathroom for quests, use must go through the bedrooms to get to.The property could use some maintenance, the support railings on the patio are all rusted. Need more pots in kitchen. We made the best of the vacation and had a great time. Beautiful Views
