About this house rental
This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex is clean and bright, just steps away from Lambeau Field, Resch Center, Titletown District, and Holmgren Way with restaurants and activities in a few walks. You can be back home again within fifteen minutes of the game ending, sitting in the comfort of your own living room revisiting the highlights of the game!
This rental is professionally managed by Ruesch Management. We have an office located in Downtown Green Bay with 24 hour maintenance service.
Whether you're here to take in a concert or sporting event at the Resch Center, a dinner on Holmgren Way, or experience the magic of Lambeau, our quiet neighborhood home has the luxury of visiting all of these venues and a host of restaurants all within a fifteen minute walk (0.7 miles) from our front door. This duplex is also located 0.3 miles from Target and a few blocks more to the Bay Park Square shopping area which offers a huge variety of shopping and dining opportunities
Traffic is quite heavy during game days and street parking can be a real challenge so we recommend arriving the day before a game if your plans will allow. There is room for 1 car to park in the driveway and 1 garage stall is included in this rental. There is a keypad lock on the front door next to the garage for entry upon arrival for contactless check in.
This rental is on the left side of a side-by-side ranch-style duplex. The unit includes a one-stall garage, living room, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms that each have a queen-sized bed, one full bathroom with a shower over bathtub configuration, and a single vanity. This side of the duplex has a fully fenced-in backyard with a fire pit, barbeque grill, and outdoor chairs. There is also access to the unfinished basement which has a washer and dryer guests are allowed to use.
Small pets are permitted at this property for an additional one-time pet rent. Guests are kindly requested to inform the host if they plan to bring pets along during their stay.
There is ample public transportation in Green Bay, but this rental is within walking distance of anything you might need, including a gas station, grocery store, restaurants/bars, Resch Center, Lambeau Field and more.

Stayed here for three nights for a Packers game. Great location with a 5-10 minute walk to the stadium. Comfortable beds and clean.

Great house, went to a Packers game where it was 10 degrees out. This location was still close enough to walk to the stadium in that weather. Only issue we had was with the internet. We couldn't connect to the wifi. We weren't staying long so we didn't call to get it fixed but I'm sure it could've/ would've been fixed if we called.
