We had a great time. Property is clean and for the most part well maintained. Great location on the beach. A short trolly ride away from John’s Pass. A little advice though, know before you go if you are reserving from an individual condo owner or the resort itself. This makes a big difference in how you check in and who to contact if you have any issues during your stay. We also found out the hard way that during the busy season if you do not check in by check in time or call to let the resort know you will be late but will still be checking in, they will cancel your reservation and re-rent the room if you don’t.

Great location, nice sized rooms. They could have cleaned the rooms better. My feet were black from the floor. Carpet was not vacuumed. It was obvious that not much time was spent on cleaning. Nice pool and hot tub.
