All of the surfaces in our POSHPADZ Properties are cleaned with Anti-virus cleaners which kill 99.9% of viruses for 24 hours.
LOCATION AND THE BEACH: The unit is located on the 5th floor (penthouse) and offers a large screened in balcony with lovely views of the ocean in the distance. Jupiter beach is walking distance.
THE COMMUNITY:
The community offers 2 heated pools, on site restaurant called Twisted Tuna which overlooks one of the community pools and the community Lake. The community also offers a BBQ area at the pool, hot tub and on-site tennis courts.
STARTER PACKS:
All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.
SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS:
Harbourside Place is a short walk from the condo where you can find wonderful shops and restaurants.

If you are looking for serious shopping, then visit the Gardens Mall where you can find your $1m diamond in Tiffanys!
You can always walk over to The Jupiter Beach Resort for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Alternatively sit at the Tiki Bar overlooking the ocean with a cocktail.
If you are looking for a little more entertainment then you are a short drive to West Palm Beach where you can find the comedy club, late night bars and of course more shopping and restaurants.
SPORTS:

ARRIVALS: Arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee
We will also walk the property to make sure there are no damages. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a copy of your credit card. This is destroyed 5 days after you leave. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel.
VEHICLES: RVs, Vans, Boats or any commercial vehicles are not allowed in this community. There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change) for your stay

Gary and Gina were wonderful to work with. Gina made check in a breeze. Gary, who owns mgt co. answered phone when we had maintenance issue. he ran right over and fixed it himself. That’s service! Had a pleasant conversation too. Unit was clean and comfortable. very contemporary with great appliances. AC worked great. Outdoor patio was a bit Sandy but hey, there was a big storm going through and we were near the beach so to be expected. Thought a bit expensive as my son booked a unit in same complex one building over. It was a very nice unit too, and about 40% less per night. We wanted to be close to them so paid the price. This company was very flexible. We were getting in late so they let my daughter in law check us in earlier in the day. If we checked in after 930pm there would have been another 150 charge, and not just the 25 parking fee for a permit for 4 days. So that saved us that late check in fee. With the northeastern going up the East coast our flights were being delayed. We asked for another day as we didn’t know when we would be able to leave. lucky us we got a flight confirmed, cleaned and packed up and texted we were gone and cleaners could get in as a few hours after checkout would of been. Overall nice rental place

The condo was just as we expected from the pictures on the listing. Location was perfect for us with the beach and pools and restaurants so close. There is a great walking trail behind the buildings. Great experience overall.
