The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so you can sit outside under the shade of the mulberry trees which line the harbour front. Perfect for relaxing family holidays.
Within 2-3 minutes walk of bars, tavernas, restaurants, shops, the beach and the bus stop (which buses by the most popular beaches of the island).
The area is quiet and small. In the same building, are laso located the : "Ninemia" Sea front apartment, "Philoxenia" Sea front apartment & "Eothinos" Sea front Studio.
Other things to note
From Loutraki harbor, as well as, from the traditional amphitheatric village of Glossa (3km by car and about 15-20 minutes from the walking paths), you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset on the island. The island also has a lot of vegetation and a lot of walking areas.
