The villa has a heated infinity pool with ample sunny and shaded outdoor lounging areas around it. There is also a covered fresh air living space and dining area. Inside, social life takes place in a fully air-conditioned, open-plan living area with a simple design and island spirit. The living area flows smoothly into the kitchen and indoor dining area, which can seat 12 people comfortably.
The five bedrooms are similar to one another in terms of amenities and design. Each one has a European king-size bed, dressing area, en suite bathroom with a shower, and US satellite smart TV with Netflix. Three of them are in separate bungalows on the main level of the villa, and the remaining two are one level below.
