Unwind in the separate bedroom with a 160-cm-wide double bed, which guarantees peaceful and restful nights. The sofa in the living area can also be converted into a comfortable bed for two additional guests, making it ideal for couples, families, or friends.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher invites you to cook together and offers plenty of space for cozy cooking evenings.
For moments of relaxation, the house features a swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam room. Perfect for unwinding and recharging your batteries. Enjoy the ocean view from the shared rooftop terrace and let yourself be enchanted by the unique sunsets.
The quiet location right on the edge of the Wernerwald is ideal: The promenade, with its restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and small shops, is just a short walk away. Numerous recreational activities—such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, walking, jogging, or a visit to the forest pool or the beach—are also available in the immediate vicinity.
Note: Depending on the season, the complex’s swimming pool may be closed.
