With 1,271 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, two bedrooms, and three bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps five guests, with a living room sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to two additional guests for a total of seven. Just steps from the Swaner Nature Preserve and its network of hiking and biking trails, and moments from grocery stores, restaurants, and boutique shopping, this is a home where convenience and natural beauty exist in perfect balance.

The Space
Living Area: The main level greets you with an open, light-filled layout anchored by plush contemporary furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. The living room sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps two additional guests when needed, making this space as functional as it is inviting. Step directly from the living room onto the private deck, where a hot tub awaits with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Swaner Nature Preserve.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, spacious stone countertops, and generous prep space, with bar seating for three and both a drip coffeemaker and a Keurig to fuel your mornings. The dining area seats four comfortably, making it a natural gathering spot for meals before and after a day of adventure.

This was a perfect “Girl’s Weekend” getaway! The property is beautiful, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the porch and enjoying the view each morning. This property has great access to everything around in walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location! Short drive to ski and Canyons or Park City. Walk to shops and restaurants! Only 30 minutes from SLC International Airport. We loved the location!! Perfect!

This is a nice unit that is in one of the most convenient locations in Kimball Junction. We enjoyed being able to walk to many restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines. Probably the best feature is the view from the patios. Our dog loved being able to soak up the sun and watch the world go by on the upper porch.
