Villa mimosa within walking distance of the beach.
The villa garden is 700 square meters, well fenced, wooded and with playground for children with swings and slide, there is a gazebo with deck chairs and other amenities. Lots of flowers with automatic irrigation. In the garden with 4 / 5 parking spaces, the beautiful fence allows the safety of children. A large 80 sq m all-white furnished gazebo provided with two cooking areas. The total cooking areas are 3 (one is inside). Lots of appliances including air fryer, coffee maker, mocha, dishwasher, washing machine and more. Large dark rattan tables in the gazebo with chairs for 18 seats, still in the gazebo seating area and TV area. Comfortable ceiling fan and other furniture.
Internally, the villa is on two levels but with few steps: the second floor has a large beautiful living room, well furnished and has walls for the third cooking area. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 people.
Slightly basement floor (detail that makes the area cool), has large windows and has two other bedrooms with another 7 beds between double and cribs. Each room has its own bathroom, an outside door has a view of the gazebo without having to go through the whole house. Each room has air conditioning and mosquito nets. In the whole house 10 beds total and 4 bathrooms, two showers outside, the barbecues and two outside sinks.
