Overall, the place met our needs for convenient location, cleanliness & accessibility. It’s a new building - just a year old, so everything is pristine. The gym on premises was also a big plus. The size of the unit overall is smaller than we’d anticipated. Be aware that the photos shown in the listing of the kitchen are from a different unit- so there is no kitchen island and living space is smaller. It’s a decent kitchen, with basics provided. The living area could use better seating. We’re a family of four and there was a small apartment-sized couch with one chair- so no place for all to spread out. The beds are memory foam, and comfortable- but linens & pillows are lesser quality. There were only 2 bath towels provided when we arrived- but the owner had two more dropped off while we were out. There was also no hair dryer as listed. The only major downside to this location is the lack of parking. It’s good spot if you don’t have a car - but if you do, parking will be a huge problem. On-street spots on the cul de sac are very limited. We’re from Boston, and understand the resident parking situation- but out-of-towners who are less prepared will not enjoy that reality. Check-in took a while- unit was not left open, so we waited for owner’s associate to arrive. Digital key fob was quirky but we were able to get the hang of locking the place up after the first few tries. Owner was kind and responsive but does not always return texts right away, fyi.
