About this villa rental
Coco View Villa is situated on a lush hillside overlooking both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. Our reviews say it all, this villa is just like home in a Caribbean surrounding!
We are located in an eco-friendly environment close to the international airport (no noise at all) and beaches of white sand that are famous for kite and wind surfing! All amenities available within 10 minute drive. There is great local dining as well.
This scenic villa is abundant in flora and fauna and you can just sit on the deck and enjoy the beauty all day and all night long. The sunrises and full moons are incredible as they shine across the ocean. The breeze is regularly fabulous and wonderful to have in the Caribbean heat! The villa faces the south east which provides great natural breeze and shaded temperatures in the afternoon! Direct Caribbean afternoon sun can be stifling. This villa has the ultimate Caribbean exposure! The view truly is spectacular; we've been told numerous times that it's one of the most incredible on the island.
The unit is completely furnished with modern high quality furnishing and is completely private. Guests have laundry access, amazing wifi, cable and all the amenities of home!
Each balcony deck is private and the Palm Suite has 500 sq ft of outdoor balcony relaxing space. The villa is situated on a half-acre of beautiful palms, flowers, and fruit and vegetables for your enjoyment and dining pleasure! In the season, we can also arrange for crab and lobster dinners! All types of cuisine available including fine West Indian Caribbean cuisine. We are currently offering amazing local cuisine, ranging from 3-5 star, your choice.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There are 4 fresh water springs on the hillside and two of them are used in bottling Bamboo Springs water. It's a small plant hidden in a banana farm higher up the hillside. Morning walking tours can be arranged, 5 kms in the countryside area with challenging hills (if desired).
We have local inexpensive taxi service to the beach or you can take the local bus ($1.25 ECD). It is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Rental cars are readily available and if you’d prefer a driver, that can also be arranged daily or for the week.
We have a variety of hiking trails that can be either easy or challenging. You can start right from the villa or visit other great hiking areas, for example the World Unesco Heritage Site Gros Piton. The hikes can vary from 1/2 to 4 1/2 hrs.
We know many of the local business & restaurant owners and can get you some fantastic food for excellent prices. We can also get you personal and discounted tour prices.
If your pleasure is relaxing, you can enjoy the spectacular view from one of our decks. Enjoy our swinging chairs while sipping on your morning coffee or happy hour rum punch!

We had 4 nights here, mother daughter trip. Communication in the lead up to our stay was fantastic Ken and Diane answered all my questions. The property is a wonderful base close to airport shops and bars. We had 4 days exploring and the owners were very helpful in suggesting places to go. We loved having the dogs around too felt like a home from home, there is a gate if you’re not dog people!Obviously the view is stunning, comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. We loved our stay couldn’t fault anything. Loved hiring a car and exploring the south of the island from here Thank you Ken and Diane

We had a wonderful holiday in the fantastic Coco View Villa with amazing views. Sunrise was very special.Ken was so helpful providing good tips of places to visit. Had a great time touring St Lucia & even got used to the ver steep roads!

Truly one of a kind place in Saint Lucia. Not only is the view incredible, but the place is cozy, private, clean and equipped with everything you need. The homeowners, Ken and Diane, made our stay feel special. They took the time to show us fruits in the garden and taste them. We had car troubles at night and they were so quick to help us resolve it. We felt safe, comfortable and relaxed there. They recommended a place to stop by for local food, which was so delicious, and in the evening let us walk their dogs. Very kind, beautiful people, who want you to relax and enjoy your time there. Thank you for opening your house to us and making our honeymoon so special. We enjoyed our stay more than we could have imagined. We wish we had booked it for more than just two days! Thank you Ken & Diane.

I loved the view and I was super excited to stay here but the property could use some tlc.There were huge cockroaches that take over night after night as well as a leak that was over our bed that woke me and my family up one morning.I also would not recommend if you have a problem with dogs while the ad states they are on the premises I spent the whole time guiding the dogs back to their area as the broken gate allows them to roam freely
