About this apartment rental
Your vacation rental is located on the first floor and, with two separate bedrooms, can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The combined living and dining area with an open kitchen is the heart of your family vacation. The furnished terrace, facing southeast, is a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning. The sandy beach is just under 200 meters away. You can park your car right next to the house. Bicycles can be stored next to the house or in the lockable basement.
Beachfront vacation rental with terrace
Ground-floor vacation rental for 2 adults and 2 children / 200 meters to the beach
The vacation rental is located on the first floor of the house. Adjacent to it is a southeast-facing, furnished TERRACE, which is perfect for breakfast in the morning. The awning provides shade from the sun. However, barbecuing is not permitted here.
In the long hallway, there is a bench for putting on shoes and coat hooks. From here, you enter the open-concept living and dining area. It is furnished with a light-colored leather sofa, 2 light-colored leather armchairs, a glass coffee table, and a glass side table. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi. The dining table is perfect for game nights (board games and children’s books are provided). A high chair is available free of charge upon request.
The open-concept KITCHEN is equipped with everything needed for self-catering, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and an oven (including a microwave), a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.

- Bunk bed (90x200 cm; only for children weighing up to 50 kg each) and shelf - Blackout blinds
Bathroom
- Shower, wall-mounted mirror cabinet, sink, hair dryer, electric towel warmer, and toilet
The linens package (bed linens, 2 bath towels, guest towel in the bathroom, dish towel) can be booked for an additional 22 euros per person. Consumables such as cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, toilet bowl cleaner, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided but must be replenished by guests upon departure.
A washing machine and dryer in the neighboring house are available for shared use (for a fee). An ironing board and iron are provided in the apartment.
You can park your car next to the house. Bicycles can be parked in front of the house or locked in the shared basement (e-bikes: be prepared to climb some steps!).
The visitor’s tax is already included in the price. You will receive your visitor’s cards upon arrival.
