River Rock Cabins offers you the old western town feel with gorgeous views of Mt. Baldy, steps away from the Frio River (Mager's crossing. All rentals have Wifi, DirecTv, fully stocked kitchens, fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ pit.

River Rock Cabin #3 is possibly the best bargain in Concan. This small one bedroom/one bath cabin is a Hill Country delight. It is a newer cabin with an old feel built out of reclaimed wood with gorgeous wood floors.
* Bedroom - Queen bed.
* Loft - Queen mattress.
* Living area - full size sofa bed.
* Bathroom with tub/shower combination.
* Kitchen stocked with all items needed to cook a meal (no food or spices).
* Dining/living area combined and a dining table to sit 4.
* There is a 32″ TV connected to DirectTV.
* Fiber Optic Wifi available
* Outside you have your own private BBQ pit, firepit and picnic table.
* We have provided a starter pack of supplies for your stay that include 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. All beds have comforters, pillows, and mattress pads. Due to time constraints and without changing our check in and check out times, all linens (sheets / towels) will be placed on appropriate beds.
* Cell service is not great; AT&T & T-Mobile seem to be some of the only phone carriers that have service.
* Check-in is at 3:00 pm. The cabin has a keyless entry system to make it easy for your arrival. Checkout is at 11:00 am. You do not need to check in or out at an office. You will receive your arrival instructions with your access code about a week before check-in.
* River access – You can access the river at Magers Crossing, just a short 1–2 minute walk away.

This cabin had a super convenient River access through its sister property which was great for swimming but I wish I was made more accessible with only a single picnic table and our elderly guests couldn’t make it down the steep hill, the same hill we had to carry all our supplies up and down. The cleanliness of the cabin was great and I felt it had adequate space for a weekend get away. The only bad part was the Air Conditioning situation, there were 2 window units one in the bedroom, which worked great, and one for the entire rest of the cabin which left us sleeping in our own sweat since it could not possibly keep it cool enough in there on its own. We ended up sleeping with the front door of the cabin open to let the cool 60 degrees winds in finally allowing us to sleep comfortably, ( as comfortable as one can sleep with a front door wide open ). I would for sure return here but making sure I brought my own fan.

We had a great time and the cabin was just as described. Clean and had everything we needed. A little trouble with the air conditioning, even though it was spring it was difficult to keep the temp cool and the filter seemed like it needed to replaced on the ac.
