I booked the cottage for a visit with my daughter who goes to college in St Pete. The communication with Jacqueline and David was quick and helpful prior to and during our stay. This is a great location to park and be able to walk everywhere! There's a great coffee shop (Gulf Perks) right around the corner, you can walk down to the waterfront for great views and lots of restaurants and bars. The Tuesday market is fantastic, as well! The cottage is super clean and cute with everything you need! Huge tv in the living room with Netflix and other streaming services, plenty of kitchen utensils (and a great coffee maker WITH coffee), a convenient office space, lots of towels and bath supplies, nice little outdoor space, I can't say a single negative thing and I will definitely rent here again! Thank you!
