It badly needs maintenance. Like easily 10,000 to get the ACs, fans, bathroom, etc., in good shape again.

We had a good stay. The home was clean but needs maintenance of appliances like AC and ceiling fans. I want to give it 5 stars - everyone gives everything 5 starts - but this was 4 stars. Totally fine.

The property met our needs being 19 miles from OC fields or Salisbury fields. Check in was a little challenging, but response to our call was quick.Kitchen was fine. Streaming service was limited.The rotten egg smell from the water was disappointing, but all in all our needs were met.The chickens and other fowl next door was interesting.
