Master Bedroom: Located on the ground floor, this Master Suite includes 1 King bed, 58 inch TV (complete w/ Amazon Firestick), large walk-in closet, full en suite bathroom w/ jacuzzi tub, and an easy access door to the pool area. Perfect for sleeping two adults.
Bedroom 2: Located on the second floor with windows facing the front lawn, this large bedroom includes 1 Queen bed, spacious closet, and a shared full bathroom located in the hallway. Great for sleeping two adults.
Bedroom 3: Located on the second floor with windows overlooking the pool area, this bedroom includes 1 Queen bed, spacious closet, and a shared full bathroom located in the hallway. Great for sleeping two adults.
Bedroom 4: Located on the second floor with windows overlooking the front and side lawn, this bedroom includes 2 plush Twin beds, spacious closet, and a shared full bathroom in the hallway. Perfect for sleeping two children.
Lounge: Located on the second floor, this space includes a comfortable Day Bed that folds out into a Double Bed. Great for sleeping two small children.
Bathrooms: This home has 3 full bathrooms, two (2) of which are located on the ground floor (example: one huge bathroom in Master Suite featuring double sinks, standing shower, and jacuzzi tub, and one full bathroom just outside the kitchen between the breakfast nook & the laundry room, with an easy access door to the pool/lanai area. The third bathroom is located in the hallway of the second floor.
Kitchen: On the main floor overlooking the Breakfast Nook and the Livingroom, the kitchen is fully stocked to make sure you have all the cooking basics you need to make a great meal.
Just bring your own food and we'll provide the rest.

-Huge selection of pots, pans serving dishes, and platters.
-Plenty of cooking knives for the chefs in the family.
-Enough eating utensils (forks, spoons, knives, and plates) for everyone in the family.

This home was perfect for having extended family for our daughter's wedding. Plenty of space, so we could all be together. The kids loved the pool. Home was clean and Carole was very helpful.

Visited March 2026 and used the home for a base for MLB spring games. It was in an excellent location. Private but yet close to Publix, restaurants, and many ball parks.Our flight was cancelled due to weather at the last minute and the owner was able to accommodate us for two more nights until we could leave.If we come down again, this is the home we will rent.

The house was beautiful, great location, loved the privacy, pool was wonderful once I got the timer situation corrected. Picture on the site makes it looks like there is more property than there is. Kitchen faucet was loose, need better butcher knives all were very dull. Please buy a coffee pod Kcup maker for the house. The issue which most affected my rating is we had a constant sewer odor from the septic system especially in the master suite. Just a little TLC and this place would have a 5-star rating from me.
