Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was fantastic. Great location and the modern home was very clean. Comfortable beds. Several restaurants including the beach were a few minutes walk. Many surf schools nearby. Would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying in this property with my wife and two kids (ages 12 and 9) for a week in March (2025).There are too many good things to share to keep the review under 10,000 words. However, the following were some of the major benefits:1. The location is perfect. 2 minutes walk to the beach and close to food and retail amenities.2. The Villa is lovely, modern, spacious, and impeccably maintained.3. The owners are easy to communicate with. Smart, classy people.4. There is nothing about this property or the process of booking, checking in, or checking out that could be improved. It’s a true 10/10. If you are considering Nosara and are down to a handful of properties- this should jump to #1.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The villa is beautiful and has everything and more that you could need. The outdoor space is where we spent modest of our time since it is so comfortable, nice lighting and outdoor fans, and a large pool. The location could not have been better, we were able to walk everywhere easily. The hosts were available all of the time, so kind and friendly and gave great suggestions. Having been a previous VRBO owner and travelled a lot I highly recomned this villa.
