Wow, what a delight. The owners attention and detail were top notch. The house has been throughly thought out by the owner. She has taken the time to anticipate your needs and has left explanation or small note giving answers to questions guest may have. The place was spacious has the domestic utensils (plates, silverware, cleaning supplies, hangers, blow dryer ect.), for a comfortable stay. Outside was well lit making our return later in the evening feel safe. My wife was an amputee and uses a wheelchair to move about when relaxing, very easy to navigate. Must be a pet lover, we brought our own but noticed a small dog bowl and tennis ball in the kitchens pantry. My reviews are generally short to the point, this owner warranted more. I would be very happy staying at this owners property in the future.

The house on the inside was simply beautiful. The outside had overgrown trees at the front door. It was hard to navigate entrance through the front door because of the overgrown trees. The two smaller bedrooms had sunken in mattresses and the pillows were very hard. Communication with the host was not always clear. There was confusion about early check-in. I asked the question if early check-in was possible and if so, what time would it be. Did not get a straight answer out of the host. She sent a link for a payment for 65 not explaining to me that there is a 65 fee for early check-in. When I went to the link, the way it was worded was as if we still owed 65 for the renter of the house. I paid the 65. After further communication with the host I realized the 65 was for early check-in. In which we did not do early check-in because again it wasn’t clear the early check-in was available. When I tried to get the refund on the 65 I was denied. The host denied the refund because she said they took extra time to get the house ready for early check-in. And I’m sure that wasn’t true because when I texted the host for early check-in, it was almost 2 o’clock. Check in was at 4 o’clock. So I’m sure at 2 o’clock the house had already been cleaned. I had to dispute the 65 with my bank.On the day of checkout the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 9:08. Check out was at 10. She didn’t see a car in the driveway. But you are asked to send a text once you leave the property.
