Welcome to the “Otter” vacation home, your cozy retreat for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. This 69 m² middle unit in a two-story row house is quietly situated on the edge of the forest in the idyllic Freesenbruch vacation park in Zingst—just a 15-minute walk from the fine sandy beach.
On the first floor, the bright living area with a cozy seating area, TV, and DVD player invites you to relax. The dining table comfortably seats four people. The adjacent, well-equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher—ideal for cooking together in the evenings. There is also a guest restroom and a convenient entryway area.
From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished terrace—the perfect spot for breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine at sunset.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (two 90×200 cm mattresses), the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
A special highlight of the house: As a guest, you’ll enjoy direct access to the shared sauna in the vacation park—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or a bike ride through the Darß Peninsula. This turns your stay into a true wellness getaway in a vacation home with a sauna.
For children, the vacation park offers a large playground with a climbing frame, swings, a carousel, a seesaw, a sandbox, a ping-pong table, and even a real play ship. A free swimming pool, open year-round, is also available.
Culinary delights await you at the “Waldhaus” restaurant, featuring Nordic-Bavarian cuisine (reservations at 0179-1495432). ). Since 2024, two charging stations for electric cars have been available directly in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.
