Ca Na Julieta is an old fisherman house.
It is idealy situated on the cliff, overlooking the sea and has direct access to the famous beach " Cala Deià" , 5mn walking on a private pass.
From the terrace you'll enjoy the breathtaking views to the Tramuntana coast, the limitless sight and will start to enter into serenity.
Living in such a beautiful atmosphere is a privilege we are happy to share.
The house has been recently refurbished and offers all the comfort and luxury of a modern home in a landscape made of stone, vegetal and water.

PARKING SPACE: private and for one car. We recommend to hire a small size car as the path to the house is rather narrow.

You enter to the property through a wooden gate and stone staircase.
You get into the house from the fig tree terrace.

Furnished with a table for 6 persons, 2 sofas, 2 coffee tables and fire place.

This property is not suitable for children or handicaped people.It is 10mn driving or 30mn walking to the village of Deià.
The last part of the road is narrow, so we recommend to hire a small size car.
The house is semi-detached and has direct neighbours.

Incredible place. Views were amazing. Trails to hike were great both the coastal one towards Soller and the trail into Deia. Restaurant down below was fantastic. Spent a lot of time at the place either inside, on the deck or down by the pool just soaking in the views. Absolutely would recommend. Thanks so much for sharing....hope to return some day!!!

We spent a perfect week at this stunning cliffside villa overlooking the sea in Deià, and it exceeded every expectation. The setting alone is unforgettable—dramatic coastal views, ever-changing light, and a sense of calm that stays with you long after you leave.The villa itself is exceptional. Originally an old fisherman’s house, it has been beautifully renovated to feel both authentic and modern. The design is thoughtful and elegant, with all the comforts you’d want, while still honoring the character and history of the place. It felt special the moment we arrived.Anne Marie is a wonderful host. She was incredibly helpful before and during our stay, assisting with restaurant reservations and arranging transportation from the airport, which made everything seamless. Her local knowledge and responsiveness made us feel completely taken care of.This is a rare place—peaceful, beautiful, and deeply connected to its surroundings. If you’re looking for a memorable stay in Mallorca, this villa is truly something special. We would return in a heartbeat.

The location of the house and house itself is perfect - little paradise. All you need to fee at home is there and hosts were very communicative and helpful. There is morning and lunch sun on the terrace and breathtaking views. Highly reccommended!
