Casa Dorothy, completely brand-new construction completed in September 2022 featuring a very large and generously appointed 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Nestled just a few streets up from the Malecon and around the corner from many restaurants (Barcelona Tapas, Pipi’s and Café des Artistes) Shopping in the fine art galleries and quaint shops in el Centro of Puerto Vallarta. This is a short 4 block walk on flat sidewalks from the famous Playa Malecon beach. Brief stroll down the street to all of bars, restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, local shops and nightlife that Romantic Zone has to offer.
THE CONDO
Upon entering Casa Dorothy this fully furnished open-floor plan apartment with 10-foot ceilings, is a blend of modern and Mexican hacienda style finishes. The open area offers a comfortable sitting area with a beautifully designed kitchen offers all the basics (and more) for a short or long stay. Brand new appliances include a refrigerator, a gas cooktop with oven, microwave, blender, pots and pans to cook, dishes, glassware and even a coffee maker. Additionally, wireless internet and two air conditioning units and a office area. Off the living area is a fully appointed bathroom with shower.
In addition, Casa Dorothy offers one king-sized bed Sensel cool gel mattress, built in closet and ample bedroom storage, for your clothes, a safe to store your valuables a flat screen television with live streaming English channels through Roku tv. All linens and beach towels are available for your stay. One maid service is available for every 7 days stay.

The condo was exactly as it appears in the gorgeous photos. We had direct contact to a manager who could answer every question before and during our stay. We were next door to local family homes and local stores and services. Very authentic. An easy walk to the malecon.

If you enjoy walking this is the perfect location. Right off Malecon and close to beach and restaurant. A friendly rooster wakes you in the morning! Nice patio to sit on in evening.

A fantastic and well-appointed apartment is tucked away in the neighborhood yet still close to Zona Romántica. Excellent communication with host, and experienced zero problems.
