BayVilla BriMar in Tamarin Bay is a stunning beachfront property on the west coast of Mauritius, nestled within a large 2,500 sqm garden. It spans approximately 270 sqm over two floors, offering a blend of luxury and comfort. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining room, a cosy TV room, an indoor and outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a large covered terrace, and a convenient shower and WC.
On the first floor, the master bedroom boasts a 190x180 cm bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony with breath-taking sea views. The second bedroom also offers a 190x180 cm bed and a sea-view balcony, while the third bedroom, with the same bed size, overlooks the serene garden. A children's room with two single beds, along with a shared shower and WC, completes the first floor.
Additionally, our property includes a complimentary housekeeping service, ensuring that the space remains clean and inviting throughout your stay. Our dedicated housekeeping staff can visit up to 3 times a week, and scheduling will be arranged at the time of booking.
* Utilities (Electricity) charges are not included in the price and are based on consumption. It will be collected by the host on the last day of the stay and is to be settled on site. We charge a fixed rate of 0.35€/kWh.

In May 2011, my husband and I spent a very nice holiday in this gorgeous property. The pictures show exactly the way the house is: huge garden with well equipped terrace, big living room and kitchen, spacious bedrooms with balcony, playroom, a few bathrooms/toilets... The house is just in front of the ocean: when you open the gate, you litteraly are on the sand beach. You can't snorkle in this bay: there's nothing really to see. But if you love to body surf, it is extremely fun! The owners also supply boards, kayak, and other toys. And snorkel areas are not far away (see Flic & Flac). You have a couple of yummy restaurants on the beach, where you can have every meal of the day/night. Renting a car is a must: there is not much at all around the place. I also highly recommend to do some boat excursion as some island discovery (and you'll need the car for this). But for all , you can ask to the owners: Brigitte and Mario. They are absolutely welcoming and helpful.
