About this cabin rental
Come and relax at this lakeside log cabin on pristine East Pond in Maine’s Belgrade Lakes. Enjoy the water, trails, local fun and call of the loons during the summer, the fall colors and crisp weather in autumn, and cross country and snowmobile trails in the winter.
This fully- furnished modern two bedroom cabin sleeps six with three floors connected by a spiral stairwell. Towels and linens provided. The main floor’s living and dining room looks out across the lawn to the lake with a deck for grilling and outdoor dining. The kitchen has modern appliances including a dishwasher and both drip and pod coffee makers. The water is well-supplied and potable. The main floor bathroom has a toilet, shower and houses the washer and dryer. The upstairs bedroom offers a stunning view of the lake with queen, single and trundle beds, half bath and walk in closet. The downstairs bedroom has a queen, work/desk space, a walk-in closet and direct access to the lakeside yard. The cabin operates on a septic system and has radiant heat in the floors and an AC/heat pump in the upstairs loft. Wifi is available, and the TVs on each level offer on-demand streaming services.
The cabin offers a private dock and swim raft, two kayaks and two SUPs along with life jackets (2 adult, 2 youth, 1 child)

My wife and I have gone on several extended fishing trips every year since 1980. But the last few years we have been more selective in where we stay. We still want to stay on a lake where the fishing is good, but now that we're a bit older we're looking for a lakeside cottage that's comfortable. We stayed at Carrie and David's newly renovated log cabin last year and were amazed at the furnishings and amenities. From the heat pump air conditioning to the fully eqipped laundry room, to the new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher and the beautiful new dock for our 19 ft boat it was the best two week fishing vacation we ever had. So we booked again this year for three weeks. Another great trip. So... on July 2, our last day, we booked again for six weeks in June/July 2027 at what we call our 5-star fishing resort. Thanks Carrie and David!

We loved our stay at this lovely cabin on the lake! The beautiful wooden spiral staircase was a work of art connecting all three floors!The cabin was v clean, provided us w quality bedding & all the amenities to enjoy our stay. The views of the lake were beautiful giving us a peaceful respite, not to mention the water sports equipment available to use.

My only complaint is that we didn't spend MORE time around the cabin and lake.
