6 person holiday home in Sydals-By Traum

At Mommark you will find this small summer house with a sea view both from the house and from the plot. The summer house is bright and cozy furnished with underfloor heating throughout the house. There is a well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer with 30 l. freezer capacity. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, where there is a radio with Bluetooth speaker, Smart Tv and 200 Mbit is available so you can stream your own services. From the kitchen/living room there is access to a lovely covered terrace, where there is a barbecue and garden furniture available. The cottage can accommodate up to six people in two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds respectively, and the last two sleeping places are in the loft and are best suited for older children (6-12 years). There is a nice bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump that ensures a good indoor climate all year round. For the little ones, there is both a high chair and a weekend bed. Please note that charging electric cars is not permitted. There are 8 charging stations at Business College Syd in Mommark 1500 m from the house. The summer house is located in a lovely holiday area near Mommark. The beautiful nature invites you to go hiking and cycling. The summer house is located on a common area and down towards the beach there is another large open area with grass, football field, bonfire, playground and stairs down to the water, where there is a bathing bridge. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
