The area is situated next to most attractions and easy to go anywhere. Plus facilities are excellent

The rooms were not serviced during our stay. Coffee canister was empty.

Everything is perfect

The women staff is HORRIBLE downstairs. Rude and non-accommodating. We had just checked out at Rockefeller before coming here, had they not been fully booked, we would have gone back there after dealing with those ladies. They make you just want to turn back and go back to where you came from. Which will make miss out on the beautiful place. The crazy thingsThe males were really accommodating and kind. They would come in in the evening and give the place a completely different atmosphere. No late check out. No early check in.

The size of unit was not bad. Staff friendly and decor was nice

The music from the adjacent building Tommy's was loud till late evening . Gate remote didn't always work and had to ring for service No inventory list to check for missing items. Kitchen bin drawer faulty. Struggle to open and close it. Missing wine glass Bathroom Door handle faulty and loose No shower caddy or soap dish No towel hook behind door Bedroom Blue blanket smelt mold.
