The iconic Mid-Century Palm Springs inspired design is an ideal backdrop for an indulgent holiday with family or friends, a work retreat, or a family celebration. The property has a stunning private 20 foot pool overlooking the Austin skyline, an outdoor bbq, a fully equipped multi-use surface sports court to play pickleball / basketball and a home gym complete with Peloton bike, Peloton Tread, weights and yoga mats. The house has seamless indoor / outdoor architecture with decking outside all bedrooms allowing guests to enjoy the natural setting. The house comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests (in 5 bedrooms + sleeper sofa in media room) and has 5 bathrooms + 2 half bathrooms. Only a 20 minute drive to Austin's legendary music venues, restaurants and nightlife and in close proximity to Lake Austin & Lake Travis, the Hill Country and any number of parks and watering holes. -No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
-The home is located in a heavily wooded area and while it does have regular pest treatments in place, due to the environment, you may see pests during your stay inside and outside the home.
-Please Note: The sports court is multi-surface so the bounce is a little different than a typical pickleball court or basketball court.
