Welcome to this fabulous newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment located in the most central part of Fuengirola with everything within a few minutes walk. Fuengirola is a city that lives year round and offers something for all ages, as a family with children you have the Bioparc Zoo with Gorillas, Flamingos, Tigers and a large variety of animals. Near Puerto deportivo (the leisure harbor) you have an amusement park for smaller children. For couples and friends, there are 3 popular sky bars, rental of bicycles, jet skis, mopeds, electric scooters and a lot of cozy cocktail bars and gastro bars. For the elderly there is a great variety of Tapas restaurants, wine tasting, day trips to Granada, Seville, Gibraltar and much more! Between Fuengirola and Malaga Airport it is only 20 min by car or 50 min by the smooth commuter train and to Marbella it is only 30min by car. As you step into the apartment you will be greeted by the open kitchen and living room to the left, large smart TV with all the channels of the world, A / c and a dining group. From the living room you come out on the large and private terrace which overlooks the passage between Fuengirola's two main streets. All of the 3 bedrooms all have comfortable double beds and the bathroom have a shower. The apartment is fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, Dishwasher, Wash and dryer, Smart TV with iptv, Coffee maker, Micro and much more! The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels.
