Very few properties can say that they are overlooking a marina! The patio looks right out over it. We also have a boat slip available for anyone who wants to bring their boat to enjoy the open water!!!

A pool along with a grill, an additional large patio is available next to the clubhouse as well for relaxing or taking in a panoramic view of Clear Lake!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The view overlooking the marina is beautiful, and the location is perfect—just minutes away from the Houston Space Center and the Seabrook/Kemah coast.
The host has clearly put a lot of thought into the guest experience. We arrived to a wonderfully set table with full place settings, which was a lovely welcoming touch. The kitchen was well-prepared with a Keurig coffee station and fully stocked cabinets, making us feel right at home.
The layout provides more than enough room to spread out and relax. On top of the great space, the host was wonderful to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The property itself was really nice, with awesome views of the lake. However as we walked in we noticed that everything was still dirty from the previous guests. When we contacted our host they said the cleaner had failed to show up to clean and didnt inform them. Which I understand things happen sometimes, however we had to spend all afternoon cleaning. I understand it was not the hosts fault, but maybe it was their responsibility.
