A perfect place to stay (dogs are welcome).

Very beautiful and well conceived apartment w. all necessary equipment. The small river was a nice view.

Overall experience was good. We enjoyed our stay there.

Rooms were clean. Location was easily accessible by Train and Bus.

Wifi was not available for 1st day. Communication with facility management was slow. But everything worked fine after that.

Good location with Ample Parking, near to supermarkets and small little town with cafes, eating joints and bakery.

The apartment can do with a vacuum cleaner, some basic electric appliances like toaster, some more utensils.

Die Geräuschkulisse nachts war kaum zu ertragen, vermutlich war die Fußbodenheizung daran schuld, da aus diesem Bereich starke Schwingungen wahrnehmbar waren, zudem heizte sie unentwegt, trotz dem dass sie ausgestellt war. Es gab eine lose Steckdose, neben der Spüle, die trotz Aufforderung nicht repariert wurde, zudem hat es Schimmel in der Wohnung. Kommunikation mit Vermieter schwierig. Boden war nicht gewischt, war klebrig. Backofen hat stark nach Backofenreiniger gerochen.

Витрати хвилин 15 поки заселилися. Щоб потрапити в будинок потрібно використати електронний ключ, код до якого має надіслати господар. Але код не було надіслано завчасно. Тільки після дзвінка до господаря будинку він відправив підтвердження.

Schicke moderne Ferienwohnung mit kleiner Kritik

Die Wohnung an sich war sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch reibungslos.

Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht, hatten aber nur 2 Betten überzogen, sodass wir die anderen 2 Betten noch überziehen müssten. Das zum einen als Kritikpunkt. Aber was wirklich etwas ekelhaft war, war das Kopfkissen, welches wir überzogen haben. Da waren soviele gelbe Flecken drauf, dass mir nur vom Ansehen her ein Herpes gewachsen ist... Also das müsste dringend mal gewaschen werden. Anscheinend wird immer nur der Überzug gewaschen. Das Bettzeug an sich wahrscheinlich nicht 😖

Würde ich beim nächsten Mal nicht wieder buchen, auch wenn der Preis gut war.

Die Lage der Wohnung bzw die Anbindung an die Autobahn ist gut. Restaurants, eine Bäckerei sind um die Ecke, also auch hier ist die Lage der Wohnung zentral und gut. Trotzdem ist es ruhig in der Wohnung.

Die Ausstattung ist ok, aber nicht gemütlich oder einladend. Leider war das Apartment nicht sauber, z.B. Dreck auf dem Boden direkt am Eingang, Haare an der dritten Bettzeuggarnitur im Schrank, die Fenster als auch der Badezimmerspiegel waren nicht sauber, der Boden im Bad war unsauber. Es gab einem das Gefühl "Besser nicht genauer hinschauen, ist ja nur für eine Nacht." Leider gehe ich dann auch mit gemischten Gefühlen ins Bett und schlafe entsprechend. Das war sehr schade.

Aufenthalt und Wohnung sehr gut, Kommunikation mit Vermieterservice "ausbaufähig".

Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit einem großen Balkon und einem großen Bad. Alles da was man braucht.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber (es waren wechselnde Kontaktpersonen). Wir hatten drei Tage kein warmes Wasser und man hat sich unserem Problem nur auf mehrfache Nachfrage angenommen und dabei war der Umgangston zeitweise "holprig". Wir haben dann nach drei Tagen die Ursache selbst gefunden. Der Hauptwasserhahn für Warmwasser in der Küche war zugedreht, also etwas, das leicht schon am ersten Tag behoben hätte werden können.

Endroit agréable, paisible et bien situé

C’est un appartement très bien situé : magasins à proximité, pompe à essence, points d’intérêt, … Il était lumineux et spacieux. Le balcon donne une belle vue sur une petite rivière. Le checkin était facile via une application. Les pièces étaient belles. De plus, il y a un parking privé

Malheureusement, quand on est arrivé, les draps n’étaient pas propres (poils de chien, tâches, odeur). On a eu des nouveaux draps le soir même. Équipement de la cuisine un peu limité même à deux personnes. Nous avons trouvé que le lit n’était pas vraiment confortable quand on séjourne une semaine.
