Summer in Killington Vermont is as beautiful as it gets! Your days will be filled with hiking , Mnt Biking, Kyacking, golfing , action parks, and music. Killington offers a wide selection of dinning with great views and atmosphere.
The house is updated with all new beds and kitchen and baths within the last 10 years. (It’s not brand new but super comfy)the house has charm and will deliver that original Vermont feeling as this development was an original 1970 project to PICO MOUNTAIN in the 70’s. The house has AC IN ALL THE MAIN FLOOR ROOMS N BEDROOMS. The house also has a hot tub , wi-Fi and cable tv. It comes complete ready to enjoy. Kitchen condiments and misc necessities come with the house. Towels and sheets come with the house. Toilet paper and paper towels come with the house. Propain for the grill comes with the house. We enjoy when u enjoyed your stay !!!
Winter :Family and friends gathering by the roaring Vermont stone fireplace. Preparing dinners together gathering around the round dinning room table so cozy inviting comfortable conversation, laughter and memories. Watch family members boot up and disappear down pico’s trail side access to fantastic skiing. Finish your ski day with a relaxing rewarding hot tub !
Ski killington -2 minutes to access road and 7 more minutes to k1 parking. Restraunt’s n bars and just down the road in Rutland . Great great location and scenery!

Excellent house for a ski trip. Lots of comfy bedrooms with nice bathrooms. The living room is large with a really nice fireplace. The hot tub with great views of the mountains was perfect for our small 6 person father/adult son group. Kitchen, breakfast bar and dining areas were ideal for meals and socializing. Location on Pico and so close to Killington was just right. Randy was very communicative regarding questions etc.

The house was clean very open. Kitchen was great to cook in location was perfect for us. Close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time for our long weekend stay. Great location to ski Pico and Killington. House suited our families needs perfectly and owner was great with communication.
