Here’s a polished version of your review: Initially, we booked the room for just one day, but we ended up extending our stay by three more days. The hotel was nice and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. A special mention to the receptionist, Rashed—he was incredibly helpful, always quick to assist. Really appreciated his great service!

The staff were kind and helpful, rooms were really clean and comfy. 10/10 Would recommend and stay again.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel le Coach during a weekend trip to Montreal last Saturday and Sunday. At first, the front desk staff were friendly, but after check-in, we found the room condition to be extremely disappointing and unacceptable. In the first room, we found several ants crawling on the bathroom floor. After we informed the hotel, they arranged for us to move to another room. However, the second room also had serious issues. There were many unknown stains on the bedsheets, ants were found crawling on the bath towels, and the bathtub was clogged and could not drain properly. After we reported these problems, the hotel only replaced the bedsheets and towels, and spent around 30 minutes fixing the clogged bathtub. However, we continued to find ants in many areas of the room, including the bathroom, the desk, the side table, and the corners. Even after the towels were replaced, we still found ants inside the clean towels. We reported the issue again to the front desk, but they said the hotel was fully booked and they could not move us to another room. They said they could only replace the towels again and could not do anything else. We requested compensation or a refund, but the hotel refused, saying that because we booked through Agoda, they could not handle it. Since the process took a long time and it was already late at night, we were unable to switch to another hotel immediately. We had no choice but to stay in the room while worrying that ants could be crawling on us at any time. The room condition was completely unacceptable and not suitable for guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects a clean and hygienic place to stay. On top of all the hygiene issues, there is a bar right next door, so it was very noisy until around 3:00 a.m., which made it even harder to rest.
