Comms with Julian was excellent from the beginning. He was very quick to respond.
The house was stunning, just as described. It was huge, clean and home from home. Very well equipped and everything in working order.
Bring a gated community, the whole resort felt exceptionally safe.
The club house and resort pools were excellent. Food and drinks were very reasonable and themed food evenings were great.
This is by no means the fault of the house, but the main gate did get very clogged up at the weekends, so we found another entrance in on the I27. Also, due to improvements, junction 58 on the I4 was a nightmare most mornings and evenings, so allow yourself a bit more time or find an alternate route.

enjoyed the community pool and fitness Center
AC not working for most of our stay. Made it very uncomfortable.
Pool was dirty and unusable for 2 days.
door to patio was broken and could not lock. No attempt to fix was made.
patio was next to a very busy highway with a tremendous amount of heave truck traffic. Road was only 20 feet
away.
Internet and TV was out for most of a day as well.
