استاذ هشام كان سلس في التعامل وحماده ما قصر معانا المكان لابأس به بشكل عام. كل كماليات المطبخ متوفرة وموجود غلاية واكواب وصحون وملاعق وشوك ومناديل وكل الاجهزة كانت سليمه والثلاجة جدا نظيفة، فرش السرير نظيفة بشكل عام. والموقع تحته سوبر ماركت ومحل تبغ وجنبك مطاعم خاصتا مطعم اهل الراية اكلهم لذيذ بس المنيو غير محدث من ناحيه الاسعار. بس مشكلة الموقع بعيد جدا عن مطار القاهرة القديم ساعة وعن التجمع ساعة وثلث وجدا بعيد عن الفعاليات وعن وسط البلد تقريبا 30 دقيقة التراس حق الشقة لطيف كان على معهد وكان في اصوات ازعاج في الصباح وصعب تطلع في الصباح في التراس مع اهلك لان قدامك شبابيك غرف المدرسين.
- مافي خصوصية في التراس - عمارة قديمة - المناشف نظيفة بس مستهلكة - السعر غالي مقابل الشقة - بعد المكان عن وسط البلد - المخدات غير مريحه - عدم وجود اصنصير
