Amazing stay! When booking I was apprehensive about the location but this apartment is conveniently located a 3 minute walk from main tram lines (which you can you contactless to tap on and off) which bring you all around the city. It is also beside the Zuid train station which can bring you to Utrecht in 2 stops! David was so kind and flexible with early check in / check out which made managing luggage and travel day so much easier. The bed was super comfy and it also had an amazing shower! Really recommend for a stay in Amsterdam, very good value for money.

Great host and location, easily walkable to supermarket and tram stop.

No opening window and no aircon made unit stuffy, no privacy, no cooking facilities and only double bed. Booking.com described as one bedroom unit but is only an average hotel room very misleading and not what we booked.

David was a great host, who met me and ran me through the studio. The studio is small, but well equipped with a comfortable bed and large bathroom in a great location beside the tram and near the supermarket. David was very understanding and let me stay beyond the check out time to avoid the Code Rood storm outside!

A small amount of noise in the mornings, but not too out of the ordinary for the location on a busy road.

Wonderful host wonderful stay.

David is a wonderful host, always make sure that we are fine and don't lack anything and always available for help. The studio is perfectly located, 1 minute away from public transport and near everything.

The only down side was that there is no windows so you need to open the door to let air comes in. Other than that everything is a 10/10

The location was great - not too far from the center but it was nice and quiet. The hosts could not have been better - one thing that stood out is when we asked them a question about the public transport after getting lost and they went out of their way to Facetime us to talk us through how to get around! They were really kind, genuine people and made our stay perfect. They had every small extra you could think of in the room to just make our stay a little bit better (facemasks, multiple towels, air freshener spray etc)

Dream stay, would go again!

Everything about this property was amazing. So cozy and comfortable, we didn’t need cooking facilities so that was not a problem but we had a basic kitchen so a fridge/sink/kettle and thats all we needed. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was stellar. Shower was a dream to use. Very clean, good TV service and good wifi. The host, David, was amazing. He helped us with everything as first timers and always checked if we needed anything else whilst we were there

Nothing. Maybe a bit far from Central Amsterdam but it wasn’t an issue as its right next to a tram, which costs £9 for the day.

I had a lovely stay! Host met me on arrival to show me room but can use key box if you prefer. She was very friendly. I stayed for a week so she asked during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed like towels etc. Close to tram stop so could easily get into the city. Would definitely recommend!

Great, no bad things to say.

I had an amazing stay in this room. the room is very nice, the room has a warm feel to it. the shower is amazing! the location is great if you want to see Amsterdam (with tram and metro it takes about 20-25 minutes to get in the center), but want to sleep at a chill spot. the hosts are very kind and helpful when there are questions. The room was super clean. Definitely a good choice if you're looking for a room to stay in Amsterdam.

Las fotos son tal cual como aparecen en la publicación, extremadamente limpio, la cama y almohadas fantásticas no provocan salir de ella, el baño maravilloso y amplio nos sorprendió que tuviese todo lo de de personal, pasta de tal, shampoo, cremas, exfoliante, algodones, etc. el tranvía que te lleva al centro de Ámsterdam está al cruzar la calla, también tiene un supermercado, tiene nevera, cafetera, tetera, un espumador de leche. No tiene hornilla para cocinar si la agregarían será perfecto . El señor David muy atento
