How close it was to where we had to go each day.
There was a washing machine.
It was a quiet and safe area.
We could walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.
It had an odour (Indian food type smell) we couldn’t get rid of on the ground level - even with doors and windows open.
No microwave.
Was only 1 black tea bag and a small milk. Thought we’d at least get as much as you’d get in a motel room.

Practical and easy to access
- Coffee pods didn’t match the coffee machine (Nespresso pods do not fit into Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine)
- Mattress requires replacement
- Spider webs were very visible for the cleaning fees (kitchen, stairs and room)

Nice little property, quiet and clean and a good location near beach, restaurants, shops and not far from CBD etc
Although unit was clean the air con filters were almost completely blocked but I cleaned them out and also was a slight fishy smell inside upon arrival but not a big deal just letting you know :)

The size + layout of the accommodation and Washer/drier.
It had layers of cobwebs on the roof and a thick layer of dust covering/falling from ceiling fans. The accomodation smelt funky like dampness or pets.
The bath mat held water and smelt.
