La ubicación y la vista son ideales para todo, el barrio es hermoso y las comodidades están dentro del depa y fuera super cerca. Incluso si no se quiere salir el departamento esta hermoso para descansar o pasar veladas super relajadas y lindas.
El colchón un poco incomodo; pero nada que influya en lo lindo y lo fresco de la habitación. Fue lo que menos me gusto aunque para nada evitaría que lo vuelva a alquilar.-

Die Aussicht vom 16. Stock ist genial. Juani ist immer zur Stelle wenn man etwas braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist in einem schönen und sicherem Bezirk. Wlan, Netflix, Warmwasser funktionieren gut.
Die Wohnung ist sehr vollgeräumt. Ein bisschen "ausmisten" würde Sauberkeit und Platz für den Mieter schaffen.
