We give the location a 10 out of 10! The MBTA, Commuter Rail and walking to Chinatown and beyond were really convenient. We felt safe and secure with the locking entry door to the lobby at the street level. The unit has a comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, well-stocked bathroom and spacious living room arrangement. We were able to do a load of laundry before leaving which was very helpful!
Parking is expensive. You really don't need a car to get around here, but we were traveling around New England so already had the car and it was tough to find parking.

Unit was well equipped and very comfortable. Easy to get keys. Owner was very responsive. Good neighborhood to explore.
Very poor soundproofing. Strong noise leakage from next door, above and below. We heard TVs, pets and people's conversations. Poor quality toilet paper.
