This was a great little cottage to stay in while in Beechworth. It is in the perfect location, just off the main street, and was quiet. The cottage was clean, had great heating, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our short stage. A bonus was the cafe out the front - Café en la loma which had great coffee and yummy empanadas

This was our second stay at Fannys and it did not disappoint. We love the location, the space, and the age of the building. We'll definitely stay again. It was a shame we could only do one night this time.
Mattress was a bit firm for us, but would be perfect for many.

Location, living room and bedroom were great. Supplies provided were also good and the decor was good.
Kitchen, bathroom and outdoor areas were disappointing given the cost per night.
