SHINY HOMES - City Center with Parking Place

Wohnung sehr praktisch, bequem und geräumig. Hat alles, was man braucht. Durch die gut schließenden Fenster bleiben die Stadtgräusche draussen.

Küche ( Herd) hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

Zentrale Lage, große Zimmer, alles sauber und ordentlich, eine gute Unterkunft.

Leider gab es für Wohnung 11 keinen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Parking elevator out of order when we arrived, we were not very kind invited to look for a parking place on the streets in the area, because there is no support in place. Once arrived in the apartment after 1 hour of waiting and some poor excuses without solutions, I was going to have a shower. One more surprise - no shampoo, no shower gel, so finally no shower. After some not very friendly phone calls we received shampoo and shower gel after 4-5 hours. Glasses in the kitchen sticky and full of dust, windows hard to say when was cleaned last time. After 3 days I ask for fresh towels, just some promises by phone to check with the local staff ,but finally no towels. Highly disappointed about very poor support, with no one in place and very poor cleaning. So pity for the apartment’s potential as long as services are terrible poor.
