The pick up was close to the property. However getting the pick up code was a challenge and I have to " on line chat" and then I was given 2 codes to try - a bit confusing.
Could not drop the keys back to the pick up location as it was closed until 11am and we leave early in the morning. Had to go the carpark get the car out and then go back up to the apartment and leave the keys on the table and then go back down to the car. Key drop off has been a challenge at all the properties we have stayed at. Public transport was not as close as other properties we have stayed at.

Location was good as we were visiting family close by
Traffic was very noisy as apartment was on a main road The most annoying thing was you had to go to a different address to pick up the keys and drop off keys for the apartment...and go to a different Web site other than Booking to contact the people who managed the apartment..not something that you want after getting of a plane hiring a car and driving through very busy traffic

Fairly new apartment so it was very clean and tidy.
Clear instructions to use the facilities. Picked the keys up off site and then no clear instructions on how to access or find the designated car park. Also couldn’t work out how to access the pool that was on level 16 when our lift only went to 14. I contacted to ask and was told to go to level 14 then use the stairs. Our fob wouldn’t let us access level 14.
