Modern lines, large windows and walk around porch allow for maximum visibility to redwoods and nature. Located in the heart of the Russian River wine appellation and recreation area, within walking distance of Monte Rio theater, beach & recreation area, bridge, children's playground, tennis courts, Redwood rich hiking trails, and several restaurants and markets. Ample parking onsite and property has 12 fruit trees. Surrounding fence offers privacy and security. Community center and large parking lot next door so the property is private and secure, but does have a bustle around it. Comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. Dog friendly!
