    Enjoyed so much! Nice rooms, beautiful location. If you’re planning to rent the scooter it is the best one so far.

    The hotel is uphill from the main road - 30 min by walk and 5-10 min by car but most shared vans / bolt drivers were okay to drop us off / pick us up. We had one incident where the driver was not happy with the drive. The resort claims to be a 4 star hotel but it is not imo for 2 main reasons: 1. They said that they would only change towels one every 3-4 days and the sheets once every 5 days. Even when we requested the towels be changed at least once in 2 days, they said that we need to call and it will be based on availability. Not sure why there is a problem with towel availability in a 4 star hotel as if we asked to be served some premium wine. 2. The bathroom was clean but had basic plumbing issues. The sink was always leaking, the toilet bidet sprayer was always leaking and the room boy did not explain how to operate the shower. The hand shower would leak from the hose leading up to the heater.

    Stayed here for 5 nights in first week of October. We booked a 2 bedroom with private pool. The villa was very clean and spotless. The staff were amazing. The sunset view from Jungle VIP bar was excellent. Food was reasonably priced. Bamboo the dog was a special experience. He is very sweet and I will surely miss him. Overall, a great resort and I will recommend this 100%

    We had a reservation for two nights but ended up leaving after just one. On the first day there was no water pressure at all, and on the second day dirty water was coming out of the bathroom taps. We asked the staff to fix the issue or move us to another room, but they were unhelpful and didn’t seem concerned. Having no usable water meant we had nowhere to shower, which made the stay completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the lack of response from staff only made the situation worse. Very disappointing stay.
