Spacious, well-equipped apartment with a great location

Great location for sledding and skiing and being close to the town and amenities. The apartment has all the facilities needed and is comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

Ideal apartment for a week skiing!

The apartment was very nice and clean. Good beds to sleep on. The kitchen was small but had everything you need to make a good meal. Even for a family of four, like ours. A special bonus is the sauna and wellness area. Very relaxing after a full day skiing. In the basement there is the room to leave your ski’s and boots (warmly). The location was also very good: within 5 minutes walking distance you have the supermarket, the ski-bus, and the ski-rental shop. Ski-busses leave every 10 minutes and it takes only 5 minutes to get to the lift. Very convenient.

Location and parking. The extra balcony near the stairway was good for getting out of the sun.

Super fijn verblijf gehad.

Super geregeld. Zeer schoon. Lekkere sauna. Accommodatie lag middenin het dorp wat ook fijn was. Je kon tot dichtbij de accommodatie skiën. Bedden waren erg goed. Kortom een fijn verblijf.

De opbergruimte in de slaapkamers was wat weinig en een oven zou fijn zijn geweest. Een iet wat klein appartement.

Perfekter Ort für unseren Familienurlaub

Das Apartment war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Dank der super ausgestatteten Küche haben wir fast jeden Abend gekocht und die gemütliche Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: Die Seilbahn ist ganz in der Nähe (mit dem Auto oder Bus) und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber: unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Wir sind rundum begeistert und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf, wieder im Bella Vista zu buchen.

Es hat keinen Backofen, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat

Keurig appartement voor een budget prijs!

Het appartement was schoon bij aankomst en de bedden zijn comfortabel. Het is wel een typisch Oostenrijks appartement qua meubels en aankleding (met kleedjes op de tafel en nachtkastjes). Dit heeft ons niet gestoord. Her uitzicht us prachtig! Het weer zat wat tegen en dan is een fijn appartement wel zo prettig. We moesten er toch best wat tijd doorbrengen. Mocht je van modern houden dan moet je het er helaas voor over hebben wat meer geld uitgeven. Dit was voor ons gezin voor een week en deze prijs in ieder geval top!

Alleen het weer. Over het appartement geen klachten.

Prima verblijf in prachtige omgeving.

Verwarming deed het niet bij aankomst. Gebeld en de verwarming werd aangezet maar bleef lauw.

Fijn appartement met heerlijke wellness faciliteiten op 5 autominuten van de ski lift.

Mooi appartement voor 4 -6 volwassenen. Voldoende kastruimte , verwarmde ski kelder en goed uitgeruste keuken. Eigen parkeer gelegenheid en op verzoek broodjes service. Je kunt gratis gebruik maken van de wellness in het appartement: heerlijke sauna , 2 infra rood relaxstoelen en relaxbedden. Heerlijk relax moment na een ski dag. Supermarkt op loopafstand.

Appartement is mijns inziens goed geschikt voor 4 volwassenen. Wij waren met 5 volwassenen en dan is het bed in de woonkamer minder comfortabel en minder privacy ( maar dat is persoonlijke mening). Contact met eigenaar alleen op afstand , telefonisch.

Die Möglichkeit, ein Ski-Depot direkt an der Seilbahn zu mieten. Die kurze Entfernung zum Skibus, in den Dorfkern und zum Supermarkt. Der Wellnessbereich. Die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter.

Nous sommes habitués à cette adresse, maison tenue historiquement par M Penz, de qualité sans aucune mauvaise surprise. Endroit calme, rien à redire sur ces points.

Les prix ont augmenté de 50 % depuis que cette affaire a été reprise, il y a moins de 2 ans Le nombre de places de parking est parfois inférieur au nombre de véhicules, dans la mesure où 50 % de surface en plus est loué.
