I rent twice a year in Orlando This is the first property that at a standard that we felt like we were first to rent the property it was impeccably clean . It’s the first we rented that have basic starters left out for you like dish washer tabs or tabs for laundry. Extra bin liners or extra toilet rolls ,paper kitchen towels just are a little bit extra that no other have matched not to mention the welcoming bottle of wine . Great house highly recommend the photos on the marketing web site don’t show its pure beauty.

If anything needed to be improved I would list but 100%

It was partially clean and decorative very well. Also had dishes that were available for me to use.

The communication was a day late and dollar short. I booked a 3bd with king beds what i got was 3Bd with a king bed and two full size beds. It was not worth the money i payed. I asked could i check in earlier to my knowledge i got the price for checking in and was not allowed to check in early because cleaning was going on which i was there when the lady cleaned and there when she left and still couldn’t check in early after driving 81/2 hrs.. I asked could i get the pool warmed on several days and not one day was accommodated. I asked what was the trash days the property had No knowledge of it… I would Never book this house ever again it’s not worth the amount of money i payed …. The sheets and stains left on the sheets was ridiculous i would never recommend anyone to this house. I was there a week. The deposit came back today and the reason being is i left on the 9th someone checked the house after i left and supposedly cleaned the house yet they didn’t refunded the deposit til Monday so it only takes 2 days they hold it for several days
